Kevin McDaniel is the Chief Strategist with WindRiver Strategies (www.windriverstrategies.net), an Executive Coaching and Leadership Development firm in Las Vegas. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has trained with multiple coaching institutes including the International Association of Coaches (IAC), the Glasser Institute, Resource Realizations, the Strategic Learning Alliance, Emergenetics and is a member of the International Association of Coaches, the International Coach Federation and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Sarah is an experienced, professional, approachable consultant and speaker who succeeds in helping clients identify both risk and opportunity in their coding, reimbursement, and operational systems.
Sarah has deep experience in orthopaedics, neurosurgery, otolaryngology, and physical therapy. She presents on CPT and ICD-10 coding nationally for the AAOS national workshop series, and state societies, physical therapy firms and large musculoskeletal groups have invited Sarah to educate physicians and staff. In addition to coding education, Sarah’s consulting projects include E/M and surgical auditing, overall practice evaluations, redesigning billing processes for increased collection effectiveness, assessing external billing service performance, analyzing fee schedules to maximize reimbursement, managed care contract and reimbursement analysis, and physician compensation modeling. Using her focused understanding of the RBRVS system and available benchmarking tools, Sarah has assisted numerous physicians with contract reviews for group or hospital employment. Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a Bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She is an AAPC-certified coder. Sarah is always up for mixing travel with learning. Her favorite travel experiences have included attending summer school programs at Oxford University and in Paris, France. |

Elizabeth Woodcock is the founder and principal of Atlanta-based Woodcock & Associates. She has focused on medical practice operations and revenue cycle management for more than 25 years. She has led educational sessions for a multitude of national professional associations and specialty societies, and consulted for clients as diverse as a solo orthopaedic surgeon in rural Georgia to the Mayo Clinic. She is author or co-author of 17 best-selling practice management books, to include Mastering Patient Flow and The Physician Billing Process: Avoiding Potholes in the Road to Getting Paid.
Prior to founding Woodcock & Associates, she worked as a Group Practice Services Administrator at the University of Virginia Health Services Foundation, a Senior Associate at the Advisory Board Company, and a Consultant for the Medical Group Management Association. Elizabeth is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives and a Certified Professional Coder. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, she completed a Master of Business Administration in healthcare management from The Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently a doctoral student at the Bloomberg School of Public Health of Johns Hopkins University. |
